Description:

The Judge Group, representing a global leader in connectivity and sensor solutions, is seeking an Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to join their Digital Data Networks (DDN) team. This role is central to designing, executing, and optimizing ABM strategies that position the company as a trusted partner to key accounts within the AI, Cloud, and Data Center markets. The ABM Manager will work closely with Sales and cross-functional teams to drive measurable results through data-driven insights, tailored engagement, and innovative marketing practices.

The successful candidate will partner with Sales and Account teams to co-develop targeted ABM strategies aligned with customer needs and business goals. They will design, launch, and manage multi-channel ABM campaigns across email, paid advertising, social media, and account-specific content, while also creating tailored playbooks and messaging frameworks for deeper engagement. This position will also manage personalized website experiences for target accounts, ensuring relevance, navigation, and tailored content.

A strong emphasis will be placed on data-driven decision-making—delivering actionable insights from account engagement analytics to optimize strategies and demonstrate measurable business impact. The role also involves recommending new tools, workflows, and processes to strengthen Sales-Marketing alignment and improve ABM efficiency.

The ABM Manager will be expected to stay at the forefront of ABM and digital marketing trends, including predictive analytics and AI-driven personalization, applying them to elevate campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and align ABM strategies with Sales and Account teams.

  • Launch and manage integrated multi-channel ABM campaigns.

  • Create account-specific playbooks, content, and messaging strategies.

  • Personalize account experiences on the company website.

  • Provide actionable insights from data and analytics to improve engagement.

  • Continuously measure, refine, and optimize ABM programs for better results.

  • Recommend tools, workflows, and processes for efficiency and alignment.

  • Stay updated on ABM and digital marketing innovations, applying them effectively.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.

  • 8–15 years of digital marketing experience, with at least 3 years in ABM within B2B, SaaS, technology, or infrastructure sectors.

  • Strong expertise in ABM lifecycle management—from strategy and execution to optimization.

  • Hands-on experience with ABM platforms such as Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus, Triblio, RollWorks, along with CRM and digital campaign platforms.

  • Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes through Sales-Marketing collaboration.

  • Data-driven mindset with expertise in account scoring, lead nurturing, and buyer journey mapping.

  • Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

  • Experience in website content management and analytics preferred.
