We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Account Executive to help us scale our customer base and bring Pavewise to more job sites across the country. This role is remote-friendly, but if you're based near Bismarck, ND, that’s a bonus. You’ll be joining a sharp, energetic crew that loves to win together, celebrates big (and small) milestones, and knows how to keep work fun while making a serious impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business opportunities
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
- Develop and execute strategic account plans tailored to specific customer needs
- Clearly communicate the value of Pavewise to a range of stakeholders, from field users to executives
- Build strong relationships through virtual and in-person meetings, including travel to conferences and customer sites (10–20%)
- Maintain accurate pipeline records and forecasts using HubSpot CRM
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or construction industries
- Proven track record of closing complex deals with values of $25K or more
- Experience working in or selling into industries like construction, civil engineering, or infrastructure
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with both technical and executive audiences
- High level of organization and attention to detail in managing a pipeline and CRM tools (HubSpot preferred)
- Adaptability in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a proactive and team-oriented mindset
- Willingness to travel 10–20% for customer meetings and industry events
- Location near Bismarck, ND is a plus, but not required
