Description:

Addepar, a global leader in financial technology and data solutions, is seeking a highly driven Sr. Account Executive - Strategic to join its growing Sales Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Single and Multi-Family Offices, and Private Banks. The role involves developing strategic sales plans, prospecting, managing lead conversion, and building new relationships within named accounts across the assigned territory. The position requires travel (40–50%, excluding COVID-19 exemptions) to meet prospects, attend client meetings, and participate in marketing events.

The Sr. Account Executive will play a critical role in expanding Addepar’s market presence by delivering innovative SaaS solutions that empower investment professionals to make informed decisions and deliver precise financial guidance. You will leverage your strong understanding of SaaS applications and wealth management to conduct impactful product demonstrations, manage Salesforce-based pipelines, and exceed sales quotas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to cover named accounts within the assigned territory effectively.

  • Prospect aggressively and establish new relationships with large financial firms.

  • Manage lead qualification, conversion, and closure processes to generate new revenue streams.

  • Conduct detailed product demonstrations to highlight the value of Addepar’s platform.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and delivery of value-added services.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using Salesforce.

  • Travel to client locations, prospects, or industry events as required (approximately 40–50% travel).

Requirements

  • 4+ years of software sales experience, particularly in SaaS and financial services.

  • Proven record of achieving or exceeding quotas.

  • Strong experience with Salesforce and web-based conferencing tools (Zoom, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS business models and wealth management ecosystem.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-driven environment with a growth mindset.
