Account Executive

Description:

Xplor Technologies, a global SaaS and embedded payments platform, is seeking an Account Executive to join their Xplor Pay team in Uvalde, TX. The company provides cloud-based, intuitive technology solutions for small and medium-sized businesses, helping them manage operations efficiently while enabling fast, secure payments. This remote role allows Account Executives to make a tangible impact by driving business growth and fostering strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with small to medium-sized business owners.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support) to onboard new clients.

• Manage sales pipeline and day-to-day tasks using Salesforce.

• Prepare presentations and proposals using Xplor Pay’s electronic applications.

• Close sales of payment processing and SaaS services to meet minimum requirements.

• Self-source leads through prospecting, cold-calling, and networking with a hunter mentality.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of B2B outside sales experience (preferred)

• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with SaaS or payment solutions sales

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
