Description:
Pursuit, on behalf of a rapidly scaling Series C-funded SaaS leader in the real estate technology sector generating $80M ARR, is seeking a driven Account Executive to join their high-performing sales team. This role focuses entirely on outbound sales, targeting solo agents and small real estate teams.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle — from prospecting and cold calling to running demos and closing deals. Success in this role requires resilience, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment. Key Responsibilities:
Drive the complete outbound sales cycle: prospect, cold call, run product demos, and close new business deals.
Set daily consultations and maintain consistent high outbound activity.
Deliver compelling, consultative sales pitches tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with team members in a culture that is hardworking, fun, supportive, and highly competitive.
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets to unlock promotion opportunities.
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary plus uncapped commissions.
First-year on-target earnings (OTE): $140,000+.
Clear promotion track to AE2 with $200,000+ OTE upon meeting performance metrics.

Qualifications:
At least 1+ years of proven sales experience.
Strong background in SaaS, SMB, or outbound sales.
Cold calling experience is required.
Stable career history (no frequent job changes).
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Demonstrated grit, resilience, and ambition to succeed.
