1WorldSync is the industry leader in product content management. With 400 employees across the US, Brazil, Canada, France, Mexico, Portugal, Switzerland, and the UK, we’re seeking an Account Executive to support our growing global team.

Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Account Executive (Channel Online) will lead the business development efforts for an assigned territory and work closely with the product team and other sales leads to expand adoption of the Solution in the marketplace.

ChannelOnline is a sales-cycle automation solution designed to empower resellers to maximize margins, increase revenues, and increase customer satisfaction. ChannelOnline provides a fast, resourceful, and effective web-based service that automates key business processes and transactions, giving resellers total management control over the complete sales cycle.

As an Account Executive at 1WorldSync, responsibility include the following:

  • Hunting for new business targets, finding and winning new accounts for 1WorldSync
  • Understand prospect challenges to develop a value proposition specific to their needs and business goals
  • Negotiating and closing new contracts, ensuring the company’s goals, renewal goals, and individual quota goals are all achieved
  • Developing, maintaining and enhancing meaningful relationships with decision-makers and influencers at various levels
  • Identifying solution enhancements or innovations to best serve & anticipate potential new customer needs.
  • Create and maintain a pipeline of potential opportunities
  • Consult, build and deliver customized sales presentations and high-impact demonstrations
  • Navigate sophisticated procurement cycles with multi-stakeholder sign-off including executives, legal, information security, etc.
  • Develop and negotiate proposals and contracts
  • Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement
  • Travel as needed to present at trade shows and visit customers
