As an Account Manager, International Partners you will be responsible for sales, account management and relationship management support to ensure the retention and development of multinational insurance accounts for the US Multinationals having insurance policies placed with the Swiss Life Network all around the world. Additionally, you will provide support on coordinating a range of service with the Network Partners of the Swiss Life Networks in Latin America, US and Canada. What You'll Be Doing
 

  • You will maintain knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends for assigned territory and products, assessing impacts, and collaborating with management to incorporate new trends and developments in current and future solutions.
  • You will partner with Lincoln and Swiss Life to actively prospect new business channels and develop existing relationships with clients, brokers and consultants.
  • You will prepare and present international program proposals for direct US clients and global brokers and consultants.
  • You will build and maintain regular contact and effective business relationships through effective communication via email, phone and in person with internal/external stakeholders in a customer centric and professional demeanor.
  • You will develop and maintain an understanding of LFG's products, services and operational structure to enhance ability to identify and target sales growth opportunities.
  • You will interface directly with senior-level relationship managers as the main global point of contact for client deliverables and communications.
  • You will champion and enhance organizational initiatives by positively influencing and supporting change management and/or departmental/enterprise initiatives. In addition, you will identify, recommend and champions process improvements and organizational initiatives to positively influence the team and quality.
     

What We’re Looking For

Must-have experience (Required):
 

  • 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelor's
  • 3-5+ years strategy planning/development, sales and/ or other experience directly related to the specific responsibilities of this position, including 3 years of managerial, supervisory, and/or demonstrated leadership experience
  • Experience working across multiple countries
  • Ability to communicate effectively (verbal/written)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
