Description:

Kelly is seeking an Account Manager to join a start-up venture partnered with an established organization in the business development and personal growth sector. This is a direct hire opportunity where the Account Manager will play a key role in building and maintaining client relationships, ensuring satisfaction, and supporting business growth.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact for tax-related matters.

  • Assist and review federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.

  • Conduct tax research and stay updated on tax laws and regulations.

  • Coordinate with clients to gather documentation for accurate and timely tax filings.

  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and maintain accurate tax-related records.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive financial solutions.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).

  • 2 years of experience in tax accounting or account management (preferred).

  • Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.

  • Proficiency with tax software and the Microsoft Suite.

  • High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
