To further strengthen its enterprise operations, SpaceX is seeking a Starlink Enterprise Account Manager – Maritime to manage and grow its expanding portfolio of maritime clients.

This role is ideal for a driven, highly organized, and customer-centric professional with strong technical and business acumen. The selected individual will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise customers—especially within the maritime industry—overseeing everything from onboarding and service activation to long-term relationship management and account growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison for a portfolio of Starlink enterprise clients, managing relationships from contract signature through ongoing account development.

  • Oversee the onboarding process, customer support, service delivery, and long-term client retention for maritime customers.

  • Support direct customers who require customized Starlink solutions for industries such as maritime, rail, trucking, agriculture, cellular backhaul, and gateway operations.

  • Develop and streamline account management processes to improve scalability and consistency across the enterprise business.

  • Deliver superior customer service, including proactive communication and resolution of technical or operational issues.

  • Gather customer feedback, analyze it, and advocate for technical or procedural improvements to internal teams.

  • Drive account growth by identifying new opportunities for hardware and service expansion.

  • Ensure all contractual commitments and revenue goals are achieved on schedule.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance internal processes, optimize customer handoffs, and improve the Starlink enterprise customer experience.

  • Coordinate with engineering, operations, and business teams to align client needs with SpaceX’s technical capabilities.


Required Qualifications:

  • Education:

    • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, OR

    • High school diploma/equivalency certificate with 10+ years of relevant professional experience.

  • Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of consulting or project management experience.

    • At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.


Preferred Skills and Experience:

  • Strong background in account management, sales, or business development within the maritime sector — ideally with cruise lines, cargo transport, merchant shipping, or offshore operations.

  • Familiarity with onboard connectivity solutions, satellite integrations, or fleet/mobility applications.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.

  • Technical understanding of satellite or telecommunications systems (Starlink, ground networks, or user terminals).

  • Proven ability to translate customer insights into actionable business improvements.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including presentation and client engagement.

  • Strong empathy, active listening, and resilience in handling complex client needs.

  • Ability to interpret contracts and identify key deliverables.


Additional Requirements:

  • Must be able to work extended hours or weekends when required to meet project deadlines or support critical operations.

  • Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time for client meetings or site visits.

  • This is an on-site role; remote work is not available. Candidates must be willing to relocate if not based in Redmond, WA, Hawthorne, CA, or Bastrop, TX.


Compensation and Benefits:

  • Annual Salary: USD 110000 – 150000 (equivalent to approx. USD 9166 – 12500 per month).

ITAR Requirements:
