The Account Partner role for Veeva Quality Cloud is primarily focused on growing Veeva’s footprint in global accounts by managing the full sales cycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals. This position demands building strong, consultative relationships with business and IT stakeholders, understanding their pain points, and positioning Veeva Quality Cloud solutions as trusted advisors.
Veeva Quality Cloud is an integrated cloud platform that supports development and manufacturing of high-quality products, unifying content management, training, Quality Management System (QMS), and QC lab (LIMS) applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, qualify, and expand opportunities within assigned global accounts for Veeva Quality Cloud solutions
Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders, including VP and C-level executives
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary sales team, including leadership, marketing, product, and solution consultants, to develop tailored sales strategies
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through to deal closure and ensure ongoing customer success
Travel approximately 40% for meetings, conferences, trainings, and team events
Requirements:
5+ years of experience selling complex enterprise software or consulting services to the life sciences or medical device & diagnostics industries
Proven track record of selling Quality Management System (QMS), Regulatory, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software solutions
Proficiency in one or more sales methodologies such as Strategic Selling, Challenger Selling, Value Selling, or MEDDIC
Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas (e.g., CARR or P&L targets)
Experience with strategic account planning and execution
Strong relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders
Must be based in the United States with a fully functional home office and easy access to a major airport

Compensation:
Base salary range: $80,000 to $300,000 depending on experience and location
Eligible for variable bonuses and/or stock bonuses
