Description:
Veeva Systems is seeking an entrepreneurial Account Partner for Vault Basics, a suite of scalable R&D applications designed to accelerate emerging biotechnology companies’ time to market. The role focuses on generating new business, managing executive-level relationships, and achieving annual sales goals, while contributing to the growth and recognition of Vault Basics as the go-to solution in its segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a foundational member of the Vault Basics sales organization.
Generate new opportunities and win new business within emerging biotech companies.
Manage executive-level relationships with C-Level executives.
Achieve team quarterly and annual sales goals.
Understand and execute the sales cycle using internal and external resources.
Collaborate with internal colleagues to build effective sales strategies.
Keep current with industry trends and proactively engage customers to address business challenges.
Act with urgency, integrity, and maintain a relentless focus on customer success.
Requirements:
5+ years of work experience, including 2+ years selling SaaS solutions into Life Sciences R&D.
Experience selling complementary or competitive solutions into R&D.
Entrepreneurial instincts with the ability to connect strategy to operations.
Demonstrated success selling to C-Level executives.
Ability to articulate business cases and value propositions.
Creative and proactive mindset to drive results.
Based in the general vicinity of Boston, MA.

Compensation:
Base pay: $80,000 – $300,000
May include variable bonus and/or stock bonus based on experience and contributions.
