RLDatix, a global leader in healthcare operations technology, is seeking an Account Sales Executive (Customer Relationship Executive) to join its U.S. Sales team. The company’s mission is to make healthcare safer by transforming care delivery through its innovative Healthcare Operations Platform, which connects data and provides actionable insights to improve patient outcomes.

The Account Sales Executive will play a critical role in building strategic partnerships with healthcare providers and driving growth through SaaS-based healthcare solutions. The role requires a strong ability to navigate complex healthcare organizations, engage C-level executives, and close significant enterprise-level SaaS deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build trusted relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders across healthcare organizations.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, technical) to design customized, client-focused solutions.

  • Navigate complex provider networks and hospital systems to identify key decision-makers and align business objectives.

  • Deliver persuasive presentations and proposals that clearly articulate the value of RLDatix solutions.

  • Manage CRM records for accurate tracking and team collaboration.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive insights, and evolving healthcare needs.

  • Analyze customer feedback and data to improve engagement and inform strategic product development.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in SaaS platform sales, preferably in healthcare technology.

  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale deals and handling long, complex sales cycles.

  • Deep understanding of healthcare provider networks and hospital systems.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with global teams.

  • Willingness to travel within the U.S. as required.

  • Passion for advancing patient safety and improving healthcare delivery.

  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
