Description:
Modern, sophisticated professional services firm seeks an Administrative Assistant to support Partners and provide exceptional client service in their dynamic and well-managed environment.
- Support Partners with scheduling, professional written and verbal correspondence, engagement letters & project coordination
- Serve as a key client contact—manage inquiries, gather documents & ensure timely follow-up
- Coordinate deliverables from one or more internal teams
- Assemble sensitive client documents, fill out regulatory forms and seek answers to the deadlines for client deliverables
- Manage reception duties, calls, office logistics & collaborate with the admin team
We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years supporting professionals in accounting/legal/professional services
- Strong MS Office skills; experience with document/tax workflow systems like CCH a plus
- Excellent communicator with impeccable attention to detail
- People person with ability to interact with others from diverse backgrounds
- Highly organized, proactive, client-focused & team-oriented
- Willingness to work approximately 10% overtime to meet key deadlines at several points in the year. 10% averages to about 4 hours of extra time per week.
