Key Responsibilities:

Student Engagement:

• Deliver exceptional customer service through various communication channels: phone, email, video calls, social media, and in-person.

• Advise prospective students on academic programs, admissions criteria, transfer credits, financial assistance, and institutional policies.

• Conduct campus tours and facilitate weekly information sessions.

• Assist applicants throughout the admissions process and help manage onboarding for new students.

• Evaluate applications alongside the admissions committee and communicate results promptly.

• Represent the school at recruitment events, school visits, exhibitions, and open houses.

Reporting and Administration:

• Maintain and update the database of prospective students and related communication records.

• Track and report on metrics such as calls, appointments, tours, applications, and enrollments weekly.

• Transfer complete student records to the registrar’s office accurately and efficiently.

Collaboration and Teamwork:

• Work closely with the marketing team to support outreach and lead generation initiatives.

• Be a key contributor to the team’s culture and success, fostering a collaborative and energetic environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–3+ years of experience in admissions, sales, or outreach, ideally within vocational or for-profit education.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.

• Excellent written and verbal communication with a talent for storytelling and building connections.

• Highly organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and inquiries at once.

• Self-motivated yet collaborative, thriving in a mission-driven setting.
