Adult Psychiatrist

Description:

LifeStance Health, a leading national provider of mental healthcare, is seeking talented Adult Psychiatrists for its Midlothian, VA outpatient clinic. The role focuses on patient care, clinical excellence, and collaborative work within a multidisciplinary team. Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including both medication management and therapy.

• Collaborate with mid-level providers (PMHNPs) with additional monthly stipends available.

• Work within a fully supported administrative environment; scheduling, billing, and documentation are handled by staff.

• Contribute to a collegial work environment using the latest digital health technology.

• Ensure compliance with all clinical and legal requirements including DEA regulations.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• MD or DO degree

• Board-certified or board-eligible (BE/BC)

• Fully licensed in Virginia with unencumbered DEA

• Must reside in Virginia

• Strong commitment to patient care and work within a multidisciplinary team

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual income potential: $250000 – $345000+

• Sign-on bonus and annual cash bonus up to $75000
