Description:
ClaimCenter Progressive Fleet & Property (CCPP) is a program to move the Fleet and Specialty Services (FSP) from their legacy on-prem system to a cloud-based application called ClaimCenter. This Agile Delivery Owner (ADO) Lead will lead the day-to-day work for a content and forms creation team. The team is made up of primarily fractional IT resources from other departments, requiring careful planning and an understanding of the other priorities team members may have.

Responsibilities
- Responsible for overseeing EC forms IT Development for ClaimCenter Release 1 and addressing obstacles
- Attend all team ceremonies (daily scrum, backlog refinement, sprint planning, sprint reviews)
- Strong communication skills, people leader and collaboration with Claims business/Product Owner and BSC
- Review staffing plans and address any staffing needs
- Quickly mitigate issues and escalate larger issues to program leadership
- Assisting the team with Kanban and SAFe maturity
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager, or an equivalent leadership role for development team member using scrum, kanban, or other industry standard agile practices.
- {OR} Bachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology or Business-related discipline or related field of study (e.g., Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Business Management) and a minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Delivery Owner, Scrum Master, Project Manager or an equivalent leadership role for a development team using kanban, scrum, or other industry standard agile practices.
- Certified Advanced ScrumMaster and/or Professional Scrum Master II, plus Agile Leadership Certification required in addition to the above education and/or experience.
