Overview: We are seeking an experienced Agile Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the implementation and execution of marketing strategies in an agile environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable results, and continuously optimizing marketing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Agile Marketing Leadership:
- Lead the adoption and execution of agile marketing processes within the team, ensuring the effective use of agile methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (e.g., product, design, sales) to prioritize and align marketing initiatives with business goals and customer needs.
- Manage and facilitate sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions to ensure smooth project execution.
- Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns in an agile, iterative manner, ensuring that each iteration delivers incremental value and measurable results.
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to optimize future campaigns and improve key marketing metrics.
- Coordinate with teams to design and implement A/B tests, ensuring that learnings from each test are incorporated into future campaigns.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with content, creative, product, and data teams to ensure alignment and support the efficient delivery of marketing projects.
- Communicate project timelines, goals, and results effectively to internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Monitor industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring new ideas and best practices to the team.
- Regularly evaluate and improve the agile marketing process, removing roadblocks and driving efficiency in campaign delivery.
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for each campaign, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Lead the coordination of resources, ensuring all teams have the tools and information they need to succeed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining focus on the customer and business outcomes.
- Familiarity with agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferred Skills:
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum Master, Product Owner).
- Experience in B2B or B2C marketing environments.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
