Prudent Technologies and Consulting, Inc. is seeking an Agile Project Manager 2 to oversee large-scale, complex technology projects in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies and best practices, ensuring the effective planning, execution, and delivery of technology solutions aligned with business objectives.

The Agile Project Manager will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate complex business requirements into actionable plans. The role also requires documentation of business technology challenges and providing recommendations for solutions that drive organizational success.

A strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) is critical, along with the ability to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. This position demands excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to effectively manage diverse project teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage large, complex, technology-related projects using Agile principles and practices.

  • Facilitate project planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define and refine project requirements.

  • Develop and maintain project documentation, ensuring all aspects of the project are well-communicated and transparent.

  • Analyze complex business requirements and identify technology-driven solutions.

  • Oversee the full software development lifecycle to ensure alignment with business goals.

  • Identify and mitigate project risks, resolve issues, and remove impediments to ensure smooth execution.

  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are completed on schedule.

Skill Requirements:

  • In-depth understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and project management best practices.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale IT projects.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess business challenges and devise effective solutions.

  • Proficient in documenting complex business and technical requirements.

  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage teams and stakeholders.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment with both remote and on-site collaboration.
