J Ellington Publishing LLC, through its transformative initiative Voice Up, invites applications for the AI in Early Childhood & Elementary Teaching Internship, a remote role designed for educators passionate about the ethical integration of AI into early childhood and elementary education. This opportunity is tailored for individuals who aim to blend educational technology with authentic, human-centered teaching methodologies for children aged 3–11.
As an intern, you will participate in developing AI tools that support rather than replace meaningful teacher-child relationships. The internship encourages purpose-driven teaching, responsible AI design, and family-centered approaches, while upholding the highest standards in child safety and developmentally appropriate learning.
Develop child-safe AI applications ensuring strict privacy and developmental appropriateness.
Build AI tools that enhance teacher effectiveness, not replace them.
Create AI features that guide children in purpose discovery and self-expression.
Design AI platforms to strengthen family engagement in learning.
Assist in producing educational resources that promote ethical AI practices in early childhood settings.

Option 2 – Investment Fellowship (Equity-Based):
Contribute $25–150/week in exchange for entrepreneurship experience and equity
