TalentAlly, recruiting on behalf of PIH Health, is seeking skilled Epic Resolute Professional Billing Application Analysts at levels I, II, and III to join a growing healthcare IT team. These remote positions are open to experienced professionals in Texas, Idaho, Nebraska, Missouri, and Oklahoma.

The selected candidate will serve as the primary support contact for Epic Resolute Professional Billing, guiding workflow design, system build, testing, and resolving technical issues for the application and integrated software. The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, project leadership, and Epic counterparts to ensure system optimization and alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary Epic Resolute Professional Billing support contact.

• Guide workflow design, system build, and testing to meet business needs.

• Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate resolution.

• Collaborate with billing and revenue cycle departments to optimize processes.

• Maintain expertise in professional billing workflows and integration with other departments.

• Partner with project leadership to document requirements and manage tasks.

• Adapt to evolving user needs and organizational priorities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong understanding of provider/professional billing operations.

• Knowledge of revenue cycle management processes.

• Ability to analyze and resolve technical and workflow issues.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders.

• Ability to work independently, recognize needed tasks, and assist team members.

• Proficiency in learning and adapting to new systems quickly.

• Epic Resolute Professional Billing certification (required for external hires; internal hires have 120 days to obtain).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a provider billing department.

• Familiarity with PIH Health billing workflows.

• Certification or proficiency in other Epic modules.
