Description:
We are seeking an Application Support Specialist to serve as the expert for ensuring smooth system performance across various business-critical applications, including Sage ERP, Microsoft 365, DocLink, Teams, CRM tools, and logistics applications. You will be responsible for troubleshooting issues, managing user accounts, providing daily support, and collaborating with departments to optimize workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot issues, manage user accounts, and provide daily support across ERP and business applications.
Diagnose system errors, resolve connectivity challenges, and escalate complex issues.
Partner with departments to deliver onboarding, training, and user-friendly documentation for optimized workflows.
Qualifications:
1–3 years of experience supporting Sage ERP or similar systems.
Hands-on expertise with tools like Microsoft 365 and CRM platforms.
Strong troubleshooting abilities across ERP systems, cloud tools, and integrations.
Preferred: Familiarity with reporting tools like Crystal Reports or Power BI.
Knowledge of finance, inventory, and supply chain workflows is a plus.
