Wapsi Valley Archaeology, Inc. is now accepting applications for several job openings. We are looking for self-motivated individuals who enjoy research and working as part of a team. Work will involve overnight travel.

Responsibilities: Assist professional Historian/Architectural Historian with property evaluation, research, and possibly report preparation in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota, North Dakota, and Wisconsin. Regional emphasis on western Illinois and eastern Iowa.

Requirements:

· B.A. in History, Public History, Historic Preservation, Art History, or a closely related field.

· Knowledge and interest in historic architecture and history

· Knowledge of GPS use, photography, history research, and/or computer drafting are a plus.
