Description:
Iron Spur Architecture & Design, a Cheyenne-based architectural firm known for delivering thoughtful, responsive design solutions, is seeking a motivated Architectural Intern / Project Coordinator with 3–5 years of experience. The firm works across a diverse portfolio that includes educational institutions, entertainment centers, healthcare facilities, restaurants, and historic preservation projects.

Assist in the development of design and construction documents for a wide range of project types.
Develop and maintain Revit models in accordance with internal office standards.
Support coordination between consultants, contractors, and internal design teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
Prepare presentations, reports, and permit submittals as needed throughout the design process.
Participate in construction administration, including site visits, field reports, and related documentation.
Contribute to project file management and overall workflow efficiency.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program (preferred but not required).
3–5 years of professional architectural experience in a studio setting.
Strong proficiency in Revit is essential; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Lumion is considered a plus.
Familiar with building codes, detailing, and construction documentation processes.
Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Actively pursuing architectural licensure is preferred.
