Art Supervisor

Description:

Taylored Search is seeking a Sr. Art Director/Art Supervisor to join their team and work on a high-profile post-launch AOR pharmaceutical brand, leading creative initiatives across diverse DTC (Direct-to-Consumer) channels including TVC, OOH, web, digital, and print. The ideal candidate will possess strong conceptual thinking skills, a keen eye for design details, and experience in both consumer and pharma industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the art, copy, and account teams to design creative solutions aligned with client objectives.

• Lead projects from concept development to final execution.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends and share creative inspiration with the team.

• Ensure high standards of typography, layout, and overall design aesthetics.

Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in advertising or design agencies (pharma experience preferred).

• Strong conceptual and design capabilities.

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work in a team, and take direction effectively.

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Must submit a portfolio showcasing creative design work.
