Miami

We’re working with a leading US private real estate lender on an exciting opportunity for an Asset Management Associate to join their growing team in Miami.

The successful candidate will play a key role in managing existing portfolio investments, working closely with borrowers, consultants, legal counsel and internal teams to mitigate risk and maximise property values.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor borrower business plans, financial and technical covenants

• Act as a key contact for borrowers and vendors

• Review legal documentation and draft legal notices

• Analyse property financials and construction progress

• Coordinate with servicing teams to ensure timely payments

• Work with external counsel on loan documents and covenant enforcement

• Prepare reports and analysis on existing investments

• Work with consultants and participate in asset/site inspections

Key Requirements

• 3+ years experience within an asset management role, within real estate (equity or debt)

• Strong analytical, organisational and multitasking skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

• Strong numerical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Bachelor’s degree required; Finance, Engineering or Real Estate preferred
