Description:
We are seeking a self-motivated and proactive Developer Assistant to support the day-to-day renewable energy development activities in the US. The ideal candidate will perform supporting activities to add value to the project pipeline and ensure development projects stay on schedule and successfully reach the construction stage. The goal of the candidate will be to share responsibilities with the team members and to work cooperatively to contribute to the successful completion of the project. It is important for the candidate to be self-started and have a sense of urgency as issues arise, with a good ability for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
· Create and organize potential landowner lists through databases, online resources, and personal networks.
· Interface with various types of people, with or without the assistance of a team member.
· Conduct research and compile information on various topics as needed.
· Assist in project coordination and task management including costs and schedules related to project management.
· Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional standards.
· Have an entrepreneurial mindset and be able to adjust to tasks as they arise.
Qualifications:
· Ability to work independently, take initiative, and have a sense of urgency.
· Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
· Prior experience in related fields to Land Search, Development, Permitting, Construction or other similar roles.
· A desire to learn and problem-solve.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
