Description:

Panda Express is looking for experienced leaders to join their store management team. The Assistant Manager supports the operation of a single store by hiring, managing, and directing associates to meet financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences. The role includes leadership training of 3 or more weeks to prepare for success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing store operations.

  • Hire, train, and manage store associates.

  • Direct team to achieve financial and guest service goals.

  • Participate in a comprehensive store leadership training program.

  • Maintain food safety standards (Serve Safe certification required).

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • High school diploma required.

  • Flexible to work within a 50-mile radius of the store.

  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends.

  • Serve Safe food safety certification required.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for long periods, work in a fast-paced, hot, noisy kitchen environment.

  • Effective verbal communication skills and conflict management abilities.

  • Adaptability to dynamic and changing priorities.
