Description:

EXPRESS, a leading multichannel apparel brand operated by PHOENIX Retail, LLC, is hiring an Assistant Manager for its Deer Park, NY location. The Assistant Manager will play a key role in supporting the Store Manager in supervising store operations, managing sales, recruitment, training, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities include coaching and developing sales associates, maintaining a positive work environment, ensuring effective sales floor coverage, overseeing merchandise flow (shipment, replenishment, and omnichannel operations), and executing operational and merchandising strategies. The role also involves driving sales and operational goals, leading customer engagement initiatives, resolving customer concerns, and contributing to a high-performance team culture.

Candidates should possess strong communication and customer service skills, have relevant retail experience, and demonstrate the ability to lead and inspire teams. This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and non-business hours.
