Description:
Panda Express, part of the Panda Restaurant Group, is seeking motivated and experienced leaders to join as Assistant Managers. This role is central to driving the success of an individual store by ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and outstanding guest experiences. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the overall management of the restaurant, including recruiting, training, and supervising associates, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and maintaining exceptional customer service.
The position requires flexibility to work across stores within a 50-mile radius and availability to work weekends. Panda provides a comprehensive leadership training program of 3+ weeks to prepare new managers for success.
Key Responsibilities include:
Assisting with daily store operations and financial goal achievement.
Hiring, training, managing, and motivating team members.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations (Serve Safe certification required).
Delivering high-quality guest service and fostering a positive dining experience.
Managing conflicts and adapting to a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
