Assistant Nursing Supervisor

Are you a mission-driven healthcare professional passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals and families? We are seeking an Assistant Nursing Supervisor to join our team in Manhattan, New York, and help us provide exceptional care to the OPWDD population.

Your Role:
As the Assistant Nursing Supervisor, you will:
- Provide administrative oversight of nursing staff at IRA locations.
- Ensure compliance with OPWDD regulations and NYF policies.
- Oversee medical records management and documentation.
- Collaborate with nurses and residential staff to meet the medical needs of individuals.
- Maintain high standards of care and documentation in alignment with OPWDD guidelines.

Schedule:
- 35 hours/week (Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM)
- On-call flexibility required

Requirements:
- Current NYS RN License
- Knowledge of or experience in developmental disabilities
- Experience in healthcare management and administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in computer systems
- At least 2 years of clinical experience
- At least 2 years of management oversight of medical personnel
