Description:
The Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW), in collaboration with the Clement J. Zablocki VA Medical Center, is seeking a Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join its Division of Cardiovascular Medicine. This faculty role will involve clinical care, teaching, and research within a highly collaborative academic practice. The selected candidate will provide both inpatient and outpatient care, participate in academic activities, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary cardiovascular team.
Provide inpatient and outpatient non-invasive cardiology care at Froedtert Hospital (largest in Wisconsin) and the Milwaukee Zablocki VA Medical Center.
Participate in teaching medical students, residents, and fellows, with 20% protected academic time.
Engage in research, clinical trials, and scholarly activities in collaboration with the academic team.
Contribute to multidisciplinary conferences and departmental initiatives.
Deliver patient-centered cardiovascular care using state-of-the-art technologies and programs including advanced heart failure, heart transplant, ECMO, MCS, and structural interventions.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Cardiovascular Disease.
Eligible for medical licensure in the State of Wisconsin.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative, academic setting.
Interest in teaching, research, and academic contribution.
