As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Management Team in daily store operations, team leadership, and customer service excellence. Your role will be key in ensuring a seamless shopping experience while driving store profitability through sales management, visual merchandising, and inventory control.

✔ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
✔ Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience preferred
✔ Ability to work flexible hours (weekends, evenings, holidays as needed)
✔ Strong organizational & communication skills (written, verbal, interpersonal)
✔ Ability to manage inventory and operational tasks efficiently
✔ Sales experience with a track record of meeting targets
✔ Must be at least 18 years old at the time of application
💰 Starting Pay: $20.30/hr (Range: $19.80 - $21.54/hr)
