Skechers, a renowned global lifestyle and performance brand, is seeking Assistant Store Managers to support their Management Teams in operations management and team leadership. This critical position drives daily store performance, team inspiration, customer service excellence, and operational execution. Assistant Managers will lead efforts in sales growth, visual merchandising, inventory control, and strategic operations, ensuring a vibrant and profitable retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate team members to meet sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.
Visual Merchandising: Uphold Skechers’ brand standards by ensuring product displays are engaging and innovative.
Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage restocking activities, and maintain an organized sales floor.
Operations Management: Handle store systems, schedules, opening/closing procedures, and general operational processes.
Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by setting performance strategies, meeting, and exceeding sales goals.
Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve operational and customer service challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
