Assistant Managers will lead efforts in sales growth, visual merchandising, inventory control, and strategic operations, ensuring a vibrant and profitable retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Mentor and motivate team members to meet sales targets, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a positive work environment.

• Visual Merchandising: Uphold Skechers’ brand standards by ensuring product displays are engaging and innovative.

• Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, manage restocking activities, and maintain an organized sales floor.

• Operations Management: Handle store systems, schedules, opening/closing procedures, and general operational processes.

• Sales Management: Drive revenue growth by setting performance strategies, meeting, and exceeding sales goals.

• Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve operational and customer service challenges to ensure customer satisfaction.
