Partnering with the Store Manager, you will help lead a high-performing team focused on providing outstanding customer service while maintaining store operations and visual standards.

As Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership and Team Management: Recruit, develop, and retain a customer-focused team aligned with the company values. Provide training, recognition, and performance management.

  • Customer Engagement: Model and lead a customer-first selling culture through effective routines and behaviors.

  • Business Analysis and Problem-Solving: Use available reporting to assess and analyze business trends, and take appropriate action to address opportunities.

  • Store Logistics and Operations: Manage store logistics processes, ensure the team follows stocking routines, and maintain stockroom standards. Collaborate with the Assistant Manager of Operations to execute logistics workload.

  • Safety and Work Environment: Support safety training and maintain a safe work environment.

  • Daily Operations: Plan and execute daily business tasks, particularly in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Freight Flow):

  • Manage overall store logistics and productivity goals.

  • Ensure adherence to company logistics processes and visual standards.

  • Manage stockroom standards to support efficiency and safety.

Qualifications:

  • Leadership skills including customer service behaviors, urgency, attention to detail, problem-solving, decision-making, and execution of daily priorities.

  • Minimum of 2+ years of relevant leadership experience in retail.

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends.

  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

  • Minimum age: 21 years.
