What You’ll Do
As Assistant Store Manager, in partnership with the Store Manager, you will lead a customer-first selling culture by modeling behaviors, visual brand standards, and engagement routines. You will assess business trends using all reporting tools, identify opportunities, and take action to improve. Recruiting, developing, and retaining a high-performance, customer-focused team aligned with company values is key, as well as supporting a safe work environment through ongoing training. You will also plan and execute daily tasks assigned by or in the absence of the Store Manager.

Essential Customer Experience Duties
You will educate the team on product knowledge, engagement behaviors, and business goals using all available resources. You will ensure associates use company tools to deliver excellent customer service, validate omnichannel initiatives, and drive customer engagement to support loyalty programs.

What You’ll Bring

• Leadership skills including sound decision-making, delegation, problem-solving, and urgency aligned with strategic priorities

• Minimum 2+ years leadership experience in specialty retail preferred

• Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed

• Minimum age 21 years

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs

Additional Info
Full-time and part-time associates can participate in the 401(k) plan after 3 months of service. Benefits begin after 30 days of continuous full-time employment.
