Assistant Store Manager

 

Description:

As an Assistant Store Manager at Claire’s, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and achieving retail targets, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining smooth store operations. You will ensure the store is well merchandised and commercially correct. Key responsibilities include assisting with team training and coaching to enhance skills and career growth. You will also receive full training for ear piercing services.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least one year of retail management experience

  • Strong verbal and written communication and organizational skills

  • Basic computer skills and ability to operate POS systems

  • Good math and reading comprehension skills

  • Ability to analyze sales reports and solve problems strategically

  • Physical ability to stand for shifts, handle merchandise (up to 75 lbs occasionally), climb ladders, and assist customers

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly pay $19.50 to $21.50
