Weis Builders, a premier construction company with over 85 years of experience, is seeking an Assistant Superintendent Intern to join its team. This internship provides hands-on exposure to construction projects and a collaborative learning environment, where interns work closely with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and project management teams. Responsibilities grow as the internship progresses, giving participants meaningful experience in project management, estimating, and field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with project teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

• Assist in managing on-site subcontractors and ensure smooth operations and communication

• Participate in project schedule oversight and budget management

• Learn and implement Quality Best Practices to meet or exceed project standards

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment following safety protocols

• Gain exposure to industry professionals including subcontractors, architects, engineers, and owners

• Demonstrate initiative, adaptability, and leadership potential as responsibilities increase

Skills/Education/Knowledge/Experience/Abilities:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or similar program

• Minimum GPA of 3.0

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

• Willingness to take initiative and demonstrate leadership potential
