What you’ll be doing:

Represent lenders, borrowers, and developers in acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, and commercial real estate financings, including mortgage and mezzanine loans

Draft and negotiate a variety of transactional documents, including purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, joint venture agreements, and commercial leases

Conduct and manage due diligence, title and survey review, and closing logistics for commercial real estate deals
