Associate Creative Director – Social Home

Works Closely With: Global Social Strategy, Content Creators, Social Creative Production

Role Overview

We’re seeking a passionate and strategic Associate Creative Director (ACD) – Social Lead to help define and elevate SharkNinja’s social presence globally. Reporting to the VP, Creative Home, this role will be instrumental in crafting compelling, innovative social media content that builds brand and product love, drives engagement, and connects authentically with consumers across platforms.

As the ACD, you will work closely with our Global Social Strategy team, in-house and external content creators, social production partners, and product development to develop best-in-class creative that reflects our brand DNA and cultural relevance.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Concepting & Content Direction: Drive ideation and oversee the creation of engaging, platform-native content — from product storytelling to quick-turn trend responses to culturally relevant campaigns. Oversee end-to-end social campaigns from concept through production and delivery, ensuring creative excellence and consistency with brand voice.
• Proof of Concept Posts: Ideate, shoot, edit and produce posts across platforms to demonstrate and / or sell-in concepts.
• Mentor & Collaborate: Work hands on developing content by collaborating closely with designers, writers, editors, global strategists and creators to bring the work to life.
• Cross-Functional Partnership: Work closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, marketing, IMC, media, PR & Partnership teams to ensure work aligns with cohesive go to market launch objectives.
• Performance Driven Insights: Create with purpose — balancing emotional resonance with business results — and evolve work based on performance insights.
• Brand Stewardship: Ensure all content aligns with SharkNinja’s visual and tonal standards, while evolving with the social and cultural landscape.
• Be a social media expert: Always watching, learning, and applying the latest trends, formats, and platform updates to keep our work fresh and competitive.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in social media and digital creative roles, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments or agencies.
• A strong portfolio of social-first creative that demonstrates strategic insight, storytelling ability, and executional excellence.
• Deep understanding of content trends, platform behaviors, influencer culture, and social-first storytelling.
• Proven experience leading creative teams and collaborating with cross-functional partners.
• Expert at turning briefs into impactful ideas with speed, agility, and creative clarity.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills — able to champion ideas at all levels.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
