Associate Dentist

Description:

We are seeking a motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. Our main office is located north of Austin in Leander, with a new office opening soon in Hutto, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience in general dentistry, including cosmetics, implants, Invisalign, and oral surgery, and will be expected to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while providing high-quality dentistry and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general dental procedures, including cosmetics, implants, Invisalign, and oral surgery

• Utilize office technology, such as CBCT, Intraoral Scanner, Diode lasers, digital x-rays, and intraoral/digital cameras

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure a comfortable patient experience

• Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure smooth office operations

• Work in a fast-paced, high-volume practice while maintaining quality care

• Stay motivated and flexible to meet the demands of a growing practice

Qualifications:

• Licensed dentist with experience in general dentistry

• Experience with cosmetics, implants, Invisalign, and oral surgery preferred

• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced practice

• Strong team player with excellent customer service skills

• Motivated, hardworking, and adaptable to change
