Description:
Publicis Digital Experience, a division of Publicis Groupe, is seeking an Associate Director, CRM Strategy to lead and deliver innovative customer engagement strategies across multiple clients and brands. This role requires a highly strategic thinker who can synthesize complex business challenges into actionable marketing and CRM strategies that drive measurable outcomes.
The Associate Director will oversee the creation, communication, and implementation of CRM strategies, working cross-functionally with Account Services, Creative, Data Intelligence, Media, and Technology teams. The role also involves managing and mentoring strategists, ensuring development of their skills while delivering high-quality, on-brand solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop both short- and long-term integrated marketing and customer engagement strategies that align with client business goals.
Define strategic solutions to complex client problems while maintaining a customer-first focus.
Partner with Account Services to build strategic briefs and oversee execution of campaigns.
Lead strategic direction for CRM programs, ensuring seamless alignment between brand, product, and customer experiences.
Collaborate with creative, data, and technology teams to ensure campaigns are insight-driven, measurable, and optimized.
Oversee implementation of CRM strategies using advanced marketing technology platforms.
Continuously review and evaluate campaign results, leading test-and-learn programs to optimize performance.
Conduct industry and consumer trend research to identify new opportunities.
Support new business opportunities through strategic thought leadership and presentation delivery.
Manage, mentor, and support strategists, setting objectives and guiding their career development.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Minimum 7 years of experience creating and leading CRM, digital, and integrated marketing strategies.
Advanced knowledge of integrated marketing, CRM, personalization, and audience segmentation.
Hands-on experience with marketing technology platforms (CRM, e-commerce, customer communications, advertising platforms).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets.
Proven track record in client management and strategy development.
Exceptional oral and written communication, presentation, and conceptual skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring teams.
