A global multi-strategy hedge fund is hiring 2 Associate Directors of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to support investment teams with direct front-office exposure.

𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: New York City, USA
𝗪𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗠𝗼𝗱𝗲: In-office, 4 days per week
𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲: 7–12 Years
𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 2

𝗥𝗼𝗹𝗲 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄:

The selected professionals will manage FP&A responsibilities for investment teams, partnering directly with front-office stakeholders to support financial planning, analysis, and business decisions.

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

• 7–12 years of FP&A experience
• Financial services experience required; fintech or banking backgrounds are acceptable
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to partner directly with investment teams
• CFA or CPA qualification is an advantage
