About You:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) Degree

• Illinois State License (or ability to obtain one)

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• 4+ years of experience in general practice or surgery

• Leadership experience is a plus

• Strong organizational skills, enthusiasm for mentorship, and a commitment to high clinical standards
