Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead multiple audit engagements, managing competing priorities effectively.

  • Plan audit objectives, determine audit strategies, and execute assurance services in compliance with industry standards.

  • Review and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards.

  • Maintain proactive communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, and effectively lead change initiatives.

  • Assess risks related to audits and proposals, implementing measures to mitigate them.

  • Supervise, train, and mentor staff during engagements, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

  • Evaluate staff performance and provide constructive feedback during engagement evaluations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.

  • At least 5 years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience, preferably with commercial clients.

  • Strong leadership, supervisory, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Accounting or an equivalent field.

  • Experience working in a large-scale audit or assurance practice.
