Description:
Under the general supervision of the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations, serve as an Assistant Ticket Director in the operations of the Wisconsin Athletic Ticket Office. Work with the Assistant Athletic Director for Ticket Operations, the Department's Senior Staff and the Athletic Board to develop ticketing policies for all UW sports and special events.
Responsibilities:
Manages special event ticket operations and provides ticket services to those sponsoring and attending activities.

Two to five years of experience in ticket sales or related field; experience working with computerized ticketing systems, preferably Paciolan, supervisory experience, background in customer service, business and public relations; knowledge of NCAA and Big Ten rules preferred.
