Qualifications:

Recent public auditing experience, ideally within the last five years.

BA/BS in Business, majoring in Accounting.

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) qualification.

 

Proficiency in:

  • US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
  • US Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
  • Public Company Oversight Board (PCAOB) Auditing Standards.
  • Must be a US resident with work authorization.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Complete audit work papers, checklists, and partake in post-audit summaries and evaluations.

Supervise the review of preliminary financial statements and associated audit reports.

Communicate audit discoveries to relevant parties.

Take a pivotal role in mentoring and guiding junior staff members.
