Automation Consultant

Description:

We are seeking a subject-matter expert with hands-on experience in DMV processes, Driver License/ID workflows, and U.S. Passport documentation. The ideal consultant will help design accurate, consumer-friendly automated documentation flows, ensuring every form, requirement, and validation rule is captured with precision.

Key Responsibilities

Identify the correct DMV and Passport forms for various scenarios (DL/ID renewals, replacements, REAL ID, name/address changes, DS-11, DS-82, etc.).

Distinguish mandatory vs. optional fields and define clear validation rules.

Review official PDFs and compile supporting document requirements.

Deliver organized state-by-state and form-specific checklists.

Test automated document workflows and report gaps or logic issues.

Monitor requirement changes and flag updates proactively.

Qualifications

Direct experience with DMV operations, ID issuance, passport processing, or related consulting/authorized services.

Strong understanding of documentation rules, proof requirements, age/residency criteria, and submission methods.

Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to interpret and simplify complex government forms.

Comfortable reviewing PDFs and validating automation logic.
