Automation Test Lead

Description:

Responsibilities

· Hands-on experience in delivery in agile methodology (scrum, lean etc.)

· Experience in the creation of application-specific test strategy and Automation test plan

· Expertise in creation/maintenance of Test Automation framework (Hybrid / TDD / BDD) from scratch

· Expertise in creation of API / UI Automated test scripts using Selenium with Java & RestAPI/SoapUI

· Participate in reviews of automated and manual tests and has the drive to enhance automation coverage thereby minimizing manual testing

· Assists team members in troubleshooting the root cause of complex technical issues and implementation-related issues.

· Experience using Test management Tools (like, JIRA, HP ALM, Rally or ADO) for end to end test management

· Experience setting up and executing tests through CI/CD pipelines, added advantage if he knows Azure DevOps

· Expertise in DB testing

· Exposure and experience in Katalon, Parasoft and Azure ADO are added advantage

· Experience in identifying, deriving and reporting value delivered by automation

· Strong analytical , problem-solving & Reporting skills

· Strong stakeholder management and problem solving skills

· Expert in using code repository tools like GITHUB or GITLAB. Should be able to review & approve peer's code.

· Should be able to assist and train junior automation testers.
