Description:
This role supports the development and operations of New Glenn, a single-configuration, heavy-lift orbital launch vehicle capable of routinely carrying people and payloads to low-Earth orbit, geostationary transfer orbit, cislunar, and beyond. Its first stage is fully reusable, and the vehicle was designed from the beginning to be human-capable.
At Blue Origin, you’ll apply your technical expertise and leadership to shape the future of space exploration. As an avionics engineer you’ll play a pivotal role in the New Glenn Rocket program, collaborating with a skilled team to design, develop, and qualify mission-critical avionics' hardware, enabling reliable and reusable spaceflight to advance our vision of millions living and working in space.
As part of a small, hardworking and accomplished team of engineers, you will be in charge of engineering, designing, and installing of electrical harnesses for various spaceflight systems. This is a hands-on position that will involve you in all aspects of engineering, design, fabrication, installation and test.
Note: This is a 12-15 month fixed-term position with full benefits.
