Azure Databricks Architect

Description:

As an Azure Databricks Architect, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions leveraging Azure Databricks to meet the data processing and analytics needs of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, data scientists, and other technical teams to architect scalable, efficient, and robust data processing pipelines and analytics solutions on the Azure Databricks platform. Your responsibilities will include designing data ingestion processes, data transformation workflows, machine learning pipelines, and optimizing performance for large-scale data processing.

Role Description:

Must have executed 2-3 large engagements as lead architect on the Azure platform, leveraging Databricks or Synapse as the primary data warehousing solution.

Hands on experience with ETL tooling such as Azure Data Factory, SSIS, Databricks etc.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with clients, sales teams, and technical stakeholders.

Defined Data Strategy/Data Governance Roadmap for Clients

Proficiency in SQL and experience with programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala.

Azure and Databricks certifications are highly desirable.

Experience: 10-15 Years

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
